Worked with the AD closely, keeping crew and talent on schedule. Had opportunity to A.D. an episode. Obtained releases, handled talent and show guests, cleaned set, transported crew, runs, petty cash, lunch. Helped the art department to dress set, go through inventory/props. Setup & Reset Set before and after shoot.

Assisted Production Designer and Art Department during show. Duties included, painting (wall fixtures, furniture, etc.), wood/furniture staining, keeping work space clean, breakdown/cleanup of Art Department, and other tasks as assigned by Production Design team and Carpentry Leads. Worked for 2 episodes.

In charge of the shoot log and tracking time codes. Obtained releases, handled talent and show guests, cleaned set, transported crew, runs, petty cash. Helped the art department to dress set, go through inventory/props. Setup & Reset Set before and after shoot.

Met with venue owners, police, film commission. Fire watched the equipment. Collected appearance releases. Assisted G & E. Load in/out. Crafty.

In charge of collecting appearance and location releases along with other PA duties (crafty, runs, driving).

Worked on NBC's "America's Got Talent" tryout in Memphis, TN as a Runner PA. Worked set day. Unloaded Semi-truck of equipment. Help set up equipment, props, and interview rooms. Went on several runs (crafty, lunch, errands). During down time I filled in where needed and relieved others for breaks. Worked in the holding room, inside the interview room, ran camera for interviews, and helped out the production film crew around the venue (crowd control, spotting potential contestants for filming). Helped load out.

Worked on NBC's "The Voice" casting call in Nashville, TN. Helped set-up and prepare the venue for auditions, unloading equipment, putting up signage, setting up stanchions. Provided crowd control and helped the flow of contestants moving throughout the process. Prepared contestants going into auditions, making sure they had the proper paperwork, minors were accompanied by a legal guardian, going over the rules and procedures.

Setup venue for event. Help setup and organization of décor, signage, furniture and props. Assembled gift bags for the guest. Greeted and help check in/register guest during the event. Help dispense gift bags to guest as they left. Reset venue back to original setup.

In charge/assistant to child talent and mom during shoot. Location scouted. Helped around set where needed (grip, gaff, camera team). Made several food/coffee runs. Set up crafty. Drove personnel around.

Worked on NBC's "The Voice" casting call and call backs in Memphis, TN. Helped set-up and prepare the venue for auditions, unloading equipment, putting up signage, setting up stanchions. Prepared contestants going into auditions, making sure they had the proper paperwork, minors were accompanied by a legal guardian, going over the rules and procedures. Worked inside the audition room assisting producers in the audition process. Responsible driving equipment and producers to and from the venue and hotel.
