In shop-lead carpenter special elements of lighting/video/audio. Design/construction of road cases/shipping crates, scenic backdrops, truss design and maintenance. On site - load in/outs, lead small crews for production builds, special projects, gaffing/ rigging (non certified). During show- I would sometimes act as "runner".
Summary
I am a jack of all trades productions assistant with a strong carpentry background and excellent math skills. When building anything my #1 concern is structural integrity. Safety is paramount. I understand "the show must go on", this is why we prepare.
