Produced cue cards, managed props, wrangled talent

Providing support to the Location Manager; scouting locations, negotiating fees with property owners and managing locations during the production phase. Responsible for the preparation of Movement Orders (detailed logistical directions to locations which are distributed daily with call sheets). Liaised between department heads in order to diplomatically fulfill the Director's vision, to stay within the Producer's budget, and to appease the DoP, Assistant Director, Art Director, G&E, etc.

Responsible for production stills and supporting crew & talent on location, in addition to typical P.A. duties.

Assisted field producers with scouting locations, story development and interviews for a docu-reality/true crime pilot series. Shot some story segments, interviews and b-roll on the Canon C300. Grip work included lighting setups for interviews and OTF shots throughout various interior and exterior locations.

Assisted to the DoP with the Sony PMW-F5; setup Kino-flo lighting and created set design; location scouting of multiple interior and exterior shots; driver; crafty; worked one on one with talent; obtained public release forms and photos for studio.

Responsible for public and private releases, petty cash, crafty, driving crew, equipment and talent. Scouted key filming locations throughout Southern Maine for principle photography which saved tremendous amounts of production time by helping the host and crew quickly locate the winners of the episode.

Created and edited a set of four promo/educational online videos for Scott Gardner's O.U.I. Law Practice.
