Challenge Producer - responsible for collaboration between all departments in carrying out each challenge per episode; rules read and signed; beat sheets prepared; challenges approved via EP's and Network; managed the completion of the "secret chef" segments and beauties; maintained reasonable blood sugar.

$10k Prize Fulfillment - worked remotely and independently to ensure all prizes were administered to winning contestants. This included (but not limited to) booking flights/hotels/cars/etc., money delivery and tax documentation, equipment purchase and delivery, and coordination with accounting, EP's, winning contestant(s) and managers.

Developed and pitched multiple segments for the series; produced multiple segments and collaborated with EP's and Network to fine-tune concepts into reality; pre-interviewed talent and prepped them for filming; produced talent on set.

Pre-Production: Scout, source, interview and cast domestic and international contestants; pitch cast/contestants for each high profile Artist/Celebrity; Prep contestants for competition (working with music producers and stage managers to ensure cast was equipped and prepared to deliver their best performance). Field: Coordinate with all departments to ensure equipment and supporting performers are in sync with contestants' planned performance; direct camera for greenroom segments and background packages; coordinate and execute prize announcements Post: clearance; string outs; gathering background and supporting footage/imagery from contestants/cast for background packages; releases and wrap out.
