Follow-up with the advisee on any report of unsatisfactory work (notice of class probation for poor attendance, notice of FA and/or failing grades, incomplete grades from past semester(s), etc.). Load videos into Tempo for Compliance approval. Track inventory to ensure that all videos have been accounted for. Update and maintain webcast and video inventory. Assist with merging Closed Caption files with video files on Teamsites, Youtube and Vidyard. Remove archived webcasts from necessary sites.
