Set up production office, set up competing kitchens, drove crew between set and airport/hotel, shopped for competition recipes

I handled all office paperwork, petty cash reconciliation, and catering and travel coordination. I was responsible for casting extras, staffing interns, and liaising between producers and the crew/cast. I managed the front office, prepped for staff meetings, and maintained our episode shoot progress board.

I handled the inter-office paperwork, created call sheets, wrote production reports, maintained various spreadsheets, and took care of filing. I kept my own petty cash float, handled credit card reconciliation, and went on copious amounts of runs. I was responsible for the phones, and interacted with vendors.

I was a Production Management Intern, so most of my time was spent in the production office learning about budgeting, invoices, check requests, etc. - the business of television production. I also created call sheets, helped out with time cards, and filled in wherever I could help in the office.
