Assisted Script Department in all aspects of Script. Occasionally assisted Production with runs and quick tasks to help move things along.

I coordinated and scheduled guest appearances. I pitched guests directly to the talent co-executive Producer. I worked with guests of the show as a liaison between them staff. I worked closely with the Talent Coordinator and production managers to organize musical guest appearances.

Managed the front of house, answered phones, managed and trained interns. Filed and distributed all legal documents for talent and musical appearances. I split my time with assisting in the Control Room and running scripts. I went on Field shoots with our field team, and assisted in whatever capacity needed.

I coordinated the building, creating and locating of props and sets for daily shows and designing sets. I created and maintained a prop catalog. I created and maintained many vendor relations. I assisted in post-production with logging, dubbing and cataloging. Drove box trucks.
