• Receive and check-in transferred equipment. • Create transfers, pack equipment, and create shipping labels • Occasionally create Pick Tickets through Direct Contract Entry/Change in FACTS • Pull orders & prepare customer prep. areas • Scan out orders • Scan out orders to contract, check variance reports and make corrections. Upon final approval, print the contract and finalization paperwork. • Deliver equipment to location if necessary • Help maintain organization of rental paperwork • Physically check in equipment for partial orders and import into our FACTS inventory system. • Service cameraequipment and accessories and check for damages. • Create and close Service Tickets for checked equipment • Secure work area and equipment at end of work day • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Maintain and organize equipment storage • Maintain stock of equipment and chemicals in our storage used for servicing & cleaning equipment.
