Staffed and scheduled action-adventure show, researched, negotiated and secured all camera lighting and stage packages, monitored and approved payroll, and executed cost tracking, and cost projections. Operated as combination Production Manager/First Assistant Director/Location Scout & Manager. Oversaw budget, pre-production and production including location scouting, location negotiations and management, crew and AFTRA cast hire, and set operations as first assistant director. Completed multiple webisodes of romantic comedy series on schedule and under budget.

Reported directly to Producers Kyle Clark, Jim Wilberger, and to director John Putch.

Broke down script and created talent, crew and shooting schedule in coordination with Production Manager and Field Director. Scouted locations, built call sheet. Managed team challenges on set and location. Coordinated talent, crew, five cameras and all on-set logistics.
