- Established a master calendar that tracked all productions from concept through delivery with colored milestones and scheduled deadlines to increase efficiency and collaboration. - Identified several line producers that were going over budget, met with each and adjusted budgets by item to keep the overall productions within studio expectations. - Managed scripted, unscripted, and animation projects from development through post including “Naomi” on The CW, “Cherish the Day” on OWN, “One Perfect Shot” on HBO Max, “Home Sweet Home” on NBC. - Worked closely with showrunners, producers, EIC’s, line producers, agencies, and clients to align creative goals. - Addressed business affairs and legal requirements, labor relations, finance, and studio expectations.

- Resolved a work stoppage by a Head of Department by consulting with HR, Employee Relations, Union Representative and the line producer involved, resulting in replacement of the HOD without penalties. - Selected cost-effective states and countries that offered rebates and tax incentives for productions. - Oversaw projects such as “Welcome to the Blumhouse” on Amazon a “Sacred Lies II: The Singing Bones” on Facebook Watch/Peacock among others.
