2 seasons of Food Network's "Vegas Cakes," and quite simply, we needed him. He can conceptualize fresh and engaging story-lines, he can juggle talent and crew personalities with ease, he is aware of what the competition is doing, and he finds ways to push the boundaries and implement unique strategies that others aren't doing. All the while, he keeps things fun and light on set, and consequently, everyone believes in him, and wants to go the extra mile for him. M.J. is a true leader, visionary, and artist. He is smart, innovative, cultured, and nothing short of a sheer weapon for any production.
