Supervise 5-10 Casting Associates and interns throughout the casting process this includes making sure they are meeting their deadlines, reviewing/editing all work they submit and dealing with their concerns Daily communication with showrunners, network executives and talent Draft and implement execution plans with projected timelines for network deliverables Produce potential cast members via skype in order to gather network-friendly footage for reels Oversee the creation and editing of casting reels to submit to networks Communicate with company legal representation and the Line Producer to confirm all foreseeable legal/additional hurdles that may affect the casting process and/or deliverables Facilitate contract discussions and concerns between Talent and Legal Collect and submit all essential legal documentation/personal information requested of the talent by the network and/or showrunner Write and Format all network requested documents, bios, story points, etc. to submit to network executives Generate weekly summary and casting report for President detailing progress of the casting process Maintain a well versed knowledge of network talent to deliver personalities/characters that are on brand
