- Held Associate Producer duties such as prepping creative materials, making one sheets, writing copy for series proposals, composing character summaries, and editing casting videos - Handled two Executives’ calendars, arranged travel, rolling calls, and took detailed notes in all meetings concerning pre-production and production -Responsible for the internship program and managing all interns from start to finish which included corresponding with their schools, interviewing each candidate, and helping them have a fulfilling experience as an intern at Collins Avenue

Production Manager on a Presentation for a major cable network, featuring celebrity talent. - Coordinated with Producers about needs for each day of shooting. Scheduled travel for all Producers and Director. - Was responsible for all gear that traveled with us, and picking up additional gear and vans upon arrival. Printed out schedules and call sheets for all crew. Handled petty cash and time cards. - Scouted locations days before and assisted with area and appearance releases. - Managed all PAs and kept everyone on schedule.

Managed all aspects of the office while also coordinating international travel, scheduling ADR for all principals, creating database of vfx on FileMaker, making runs and assisting Post Production Supervisor, Jim Jensen.

I read material and composed detailed notes on scripts, articles, lookbooks, etc. During our weekly meeting I reviewed submitted materials, gave suggestions and notes that aided in the development of future projects. I did immense amounts of research on perspective ideas and composed notes for both COO and CEO.

Assisted producer April Wade with tasks, helped crew load and unload equipment, crafty, runner. I was a part of the social media team and created social media sites for each character in the film while also writing content for their sites.
