• Brand Building and Digital OTT Strategy: Lead and execute the digital content strategy for Love Nature 4K, an international SVOD app and linear channel, and ZooMoo, a pre-school educational brand, across our digital, cable operators, satellite, social media, and OTT partners (incl. Roku, Apple iOS, Xumo, Comcast/DISH, Wurl) in US with emphasis on Hispanic market, LATAM, EMEA, and Asia territories • Digital Programming: Curate and editorialize Love Nature 4K and ZooMoo programming for each distribution platform, domestically and internationally, ensuring that each month includes fresh, relevant content (10+ hours of programming) to meet our KPIs and increase brand awareness and subscriber count globally • Post-Production Leadership and Management: Manage post-production team (5+ employees across three international offices) and supervise the implementation of all Love Nature 4K and ZooMoo deliverables (i.e. assets, dubbing, localization, and programming schedules), including special event coverage and addressing any post-production issues in advance of premiere dates • Product Management and UX Design Experience: Oversee the development and relaunch of the Love Nature 4K SVOD app and ZooMoo brands, working with developers on UX/UI design and implementation, marketing materials, scheduling of programming, deliverables, product look and functionality, and fielding programming inquiries from subscribers

TV Development: Researched and developed over 30 original television show proposals and treatments with Smithsonian curators and experts for Smithsonian Channel consideration • Production and Post-Production Experience: Shot and edited over 15+ hours of footage with Smithsonian Digital Studio for Smithsonian.com and external clients • Editorial Leadership: Oversaw the factual and reputational review process for all of Smithsonian Channel's programming (over 400+ hours): from securing appropriate reviewers to fact-check the content to working with the Channel production team on fixing any editorial concerns prior to air • Financial Management: Created quarterly financial reports for participating Smithsonian Institution museum units to illustrate current and projected growth in Channel revenue
