Handled all pre & post office production needs including assisting the Producer and Production Manager.

Coordinate all aspects of the Stage Play and liaison with the Writer/Director to ensure the successful delivery of the performance. Manage actors, rehearsals, techs, front of house, etc. Manage movement of actors, props, wardrobe and stage hands during the Play.

As a Production Assistant, I assisted in all areas of the production. I drove the crew from location to location, assisted with providing craft services, talent movement and safety, crowd control, load and un-load of equipment, release forms, effective radio communication, etc.

I was the point of contact to the talent. I kept attendance of all arriving talent, greeted them upon arrival, communicated commercial status through out the day . Answer incoming calls, take messages, greet clients, input (Excel) budget expenses. Type correspondence (Word), parking validation, petty cash, conference rooms, lunches, and calendar. Oversee commercial inventory. Responsible for airing of ESPN’s programming & commercials. Confirm hybrid and satellite feeds. Forecast alternate plan in programming. Communicate with various departments. Ensure Master Control Operators are aware of issues that could affect programming. Associate direct various live events.

Coordinate/schedule all on, off-site, internal conferences, workshops and training classes. Process, paid and received all departmental and relocation invoices. Update Oracle by creating new employee profiles, changes to existing and closing profiles on exiting employees. Notify all relevant departments (IT, facilities, telecom, etc.) on all new and terminating employees.
