Establish a good working relationship with principal players on shows and help them to navigate studio procedures. Review and track all episodic production documentation, including but not limited to: deal memos, call sheets and production reports for various Pilots and Series. 

As Producer I Coordinated talent, scripts, sets, facilities and other needs of daily one-hour strip series. Troubleshooting throughout day to meet budget constraints and deliver 5.5 episodes in 4 days for 45 weeks per year. Supervised Taping in studio and on location.

Coordinated move of series from New York to Los Angeles, including facility start up and hiring of new staff. Engineered cost savings over $1 million annually. Collaborated with Directors to maximize shoot day. Collaborated with Drawloop technologies in creating a web-based scheduling program to handle taping 250 episodes per year.

Coordinated many aspects of live to tape multi-camera recording on location and in studio. Including daily schedules, edit notes, location crews, assisting director, script supervision and timing of show. Supervised entire post production including implementing Directors and Producers notes and delivery to PBS.
