Oversee operations of union front of house staff, ushers, ticket takers and the day-to-day activities at the theatre: Communicate with production staff to ensure smooth start, end, and intermissions for shows / Manage standby seating process, including working with Box Office staff to determine number of standby tickets returned or organizing groups of standby patrons / Oversee safety of guests, vendors, and staff / Manage and oversee front of house staff of approx. 20 people and train ushers prior to each event / Supervise service contractors (e.g., janitorial, security, bars, parking, etc .), confirm hours and delegate tasks as necessary.

Within the framework of the Swiss Film Award a range of associated events are held in Geneva and Zurich. The public is able to discover the diversity of the Swiss cinema through screeings of the nominated films. - Managed successful execution of all screenings and events - Acted as the main point of contact to venues, staff and vendors

Professors, researchers, students, alumni, and company founders from ETH Zurich met up with their Californian counterparts in a series of 12 events held in San Francisco, Berkeley, and San Jose called, "ETH Meets California".

Created and negotiated contracts with the producers / Coordinated all international shipments of our department / Assisted the accounting department with checking, filing and paying all production expenses

Managed various departments simultaneously including guests services, travel and transportation, press inquiries, prior to and during a 3-week film festival / Organized in-kind donations for events and hospitality lounges
