Conducted day-to-day operations of managing photographer’s studio and schedule alongside agency offices in Paris, New York, and Milan. Worked closely with producers to help execute large scale photo shoot productions. In charge of hiring freelancers (assistants, PA’s, retouchers, etc.) for each shoot. Managed post production for photographer and clients in house - oversaw retouching, budgets, timelines, delivery of all assets related to campaigns and editorials shot by photographer with outside vendors and freelancers as needed.

July 2011 - February 2013 • Creating and maintaining production budgets and schedules for large photo shoots • Arranging and booking all aspects of travel for photography and production teams. • Working directly with retouchers and studio managers to oversee post production schedules and billing • Location scouting, permitting for editorial and advertising shoots • Maintaining print and tear archives, portfolios, and websites of photographers, as well as various administrative duties Worked closely with photographing and styling trio The Coveteur. Helped collaborate and launch career starting partnerships with major brands such as Bvlgari, Chanel, Coach, and YOOX.
