Contacted agents, managers, and actors to schedule auditions, both in person and via self-tape. Compiled a weekly status report for the studio of every actor we received or requested an audition from. Researched places all over the U.S. where we could conduct outreach to non-actors. Responsible for answering office phone line; answered questions, took messages, and transferred calls.

Responsible for filming auditions then uploading them to various video hosting websites or services. Used various casting websites, such as Casting Networks and Breakdown Services, to create casting notices, contact actors, send materials and schedule auditions. Travelled to filming locations to assist with background actors on large shoot days, up to 150 extras. Stream-lined daily office tasks by implementing shared office schedules and documents through Google Calendar and Sheets.
