Duties: Wrote loglines, treatments, pitch decks, and one-sheets that aligned with each network's individual brand and voice. Consistently pitched original ideas and formats that aligned with network mandates, conducted daily team brainstorm meetings, and created action plans to implement ideas. Built trusting, long-lasting relationships with talent, conducted Skype interviews, and handled talent contracts. Planned shoots/assisted in producing sizzle reels; edited character reels using Final Cut Pro. Heavily researched then conducted cold outreach to find needle-in-a-haystack characters and stories. Started the Lucky Dog Films Internship Program.

Lead writer for the development team; TLC series was greenlit off of a treatment I wrote. Cast/developed a project that received a development deal from Food Network. Performed Skype interviews, heavy phone outreach, and implemented creative outreach strategies resulting in quality talent.
