Assisted Fallon staffers with everyday operations of the show: conducted research for monologue writers, explored potential guest artists, tracked residuals, and assisted with third-party licensing. Served as a PA for The Tonight Show Field Team, tracked the show’s impact on music sales, assisted with monologue rehearsal, accommodated both house and guest bands, and coordinated audiences.

Researched and pitched original primetime documentary ideas to senior producers and VP of Long Form Programming. Assisted producers with research, fact-checking, and graphics requests. Identified and pre-interviewed potential interview subjects. Organized, screened, and logged footage. Aided segment producers during live broadcast of CNBC shows (Squawk Box, Power Lunch, etc.) at the NYSE.

Edited footage for Skylight documentary series, Dictator in the Dock. Created English and Spanish language trailers, prepared documentary packages for online streaming and purchase. Transcribed interviews, created subtitled sequences, and exported final cuts for inter-departmental review.

Served as audiovisual assistant for SXSW Interactive panels: worked directly with panelists and festival attendees to guarantee successful presentation and live streaming of guest panels. Escorted guests to trade show floor, and ensured timely communication between trade show exhibitors and SXSW staff.
