Responsibilities: conducting initial "bio" shoot outreach with all contestants, deliver/track all properly filled release forms from contestants (appearance, materials, nda), coordinate with each contestant in securing shoot locations(s)--obtaining properly filled location release(s), establish and manage field producer calendars, work closely with Production Coordinator inorder to confirm shoot dates for any necessary equipment, crew bookings, and travel arrangements, work closely with casting throughout cycle to confirm changes in episode castings, work closely with Line Producer/Legal Department in case of any discrepancies/and or notes with contestant appearance /location releases, assist field producers with pre-interview phone calls/pitch sheets when needed

Branded documentary featuring Prince Royce. Responsibilities: Arrange/track vendors, prepare pre-pro book, arrange travel/hotel accommodations for Director/Interviewees, coordinate and manage PA's on/off set, liaison between payroll/insurance broker/vendors/crew and Production Manager/Producer.

Documentary feature currently in production. Responsibilities: researching and booking relative key subjects, establishing and coordinating production budget, sourcing and hiring crew across several states, booking production insurance, legal, travel arrangements, transcribing, social media management, crowdfunding campaign management.
