Pitch, develop and produce new episodes for existing series and new pilots for the channel. Serve as creative lead for episodes and pilots through every stage of production: from ideation, development, greenlight, pre-production, production and post. During shoots, run the room as director and work with talent as the interviewer, careful to create an open environment and draw out the most candid and authentic responses. Execute episodes and pilots according to rigorous benchmarks for budget, turnaround time and production value. Develop and creatively produce pilots with fresh, innovative concepts that stand out from our peer channels in a highly competitive marketplace, but still maintain our brand voice and high standard of storytelling. Produce some of the highest performing episodes at the company. Liaise with network and analytics teams to continuously refresh our understanding of audience and episode performance, across all platforms.

Oversaw and managed all post production on 14 12-minute episodes per week. Managed the company’s largest department (24 people), which includes the editors, assistant editors, graphic designers, animators and DIT. Tracked and facilitated individual growth within the department, including development of new technical skills through workshops and one-on-one training. Oversaw five successful promotions within the department. Utilized years of editing experience to provide constructive feedback on edits. Coached editors on how to find the story in their footage, and hone the beats. Created and maintained a complex and ever-changing post production pipeline, with flexibility to adapt to last minute changes in production and accelerated delivery deadlines. Ensured that projects stayed on schedule at every stage, from assembly to final delivery. Created a new post production workflow at the company which reduced edit time per episode. Updated file management and technical specifications for audio and video to industry standards. Managed post production for branded campaigns. Supervised FBE’s highly successful branded campaigns for Ubisoft, including Gamers Vs. Soldiers Paintball Challenge | Rainbow Six Siege IRL
