Working with A-list talent to make sure they had toured the major locations of the film so as to increase familiarity. Securing Production locations for film.

Sourced all locations for the dramatic recreation side of ETP. (Doc/Reality) Managed all location releases and relationships with location owners. Negotiated location fees with location owners.

Built budget from scratch. Built and negotiated all crew contracts. Discussed creative vision of film with director and how this would affect logistics of film. Maintained line item budget and managed all expenses of each department. Worked closely with producer to mitigate any daily challenges.

Coordinated crew from airport to locations (15 locations) Coordinated all Location Scouts and was responsible for obtaining and filing all location releases. Oversaw 100 cast and crew over the course of a five day shoot. Worked with producers to liase with local permitting and film Offices in Seattle. I directed one segment.

securing permits, speaking with location owners, speaking with college campus admins, securing shoot area, providing safe and proper lighting to set, removing trash at the end of the shoot.

Five part historical period short films, chronicalling the lives of the immigrant families that lived within the walls of the Neely Mansion from 1890-1950. We had a cast and crew of over 70. The films were shot over 7 days, each film requiring a different racial demographic and an entirely new cast.
