Greeted performers and guests when they entered the building for auditions. I gave each respected person the correct wrist band in an orderly and efficient manner for why they were there. I also instructed performers where to go after they got their number while escorting guests to registration if they required service. I also helped with one of the holding rooms, where I made sure every contestant had their paperwork filled out and requirements about what goes on during and after their audition.

In charge of crafty, helping out the Art Department, and helped out with anything that needed done.

Helped load/unload equipment. I ran and grabbed things they needed, offered snacks and water to talent and crew.

I worked alongside the 1st AD and 2nd AD on set, gave cues to camera operators, transported actors to and from set, fire watched equipment, was in charge of the walkies, helped make sides and made sure each crew member got the sides and call sheet that needed one, and getting/doing anything else that people needed.
