Collaborated with director to approve his creative team including Casting director, DP, Production Designer, Editor, VFX Supervisor, Costume Designer, Editor, Composer and VFX supervisor. Approved and hired all department heads for : Transportation, Grip, Set Lighting, Art Dept., Props, Wardrobe, Production, etc. Approved, contracted and hired all production support vendors including: Panavision, Cinelease, Food Fetish catering, Paramount post services and Indie Pay payroll. Facilitated background actor casting, location scouting, set building and decorating, offices and stages, wardrobe, props, stunts, physical and visual effects, camera, lighting, rigging, transportation, cast, crew and union relations, travel, cast and crew accommodation. Worked closely with legal council on all union documents and contacts of legal permissions and agreements, safety and risk management. Approved and maintained the final shooting script, production schedule and all budgets, locations, studio hires, vendors and production services deals. Liaised with Talent Agents, Managers and key executives of vendors for legal, labor relations, insurance, and finance. Resolved daily production issues . Contracted services for all post production events through delivery of film. Supervised final sound mix, film score and color grading in base light system. Set up and coordinated social media, marketing and film festival applications. Set up test screenings. Set up Director's Guild Of America Finder's Series screening. Solicited sales reps and worked with legal council to contract andset up final distribution deals with domestic and foreign distributors.
