- Answering phones, keeping log of voicemails, returning calls and emails to clients - Maintaining records of appointments, clients, photoshoots, and files - Maintaining and ensuring prompt payment for photography services - Manage file conversion, trafficking and uploading of finished images to clients - Assisting on commercial photoshoots in addition to being the main photographer on portrait shoots, in-house product shoots as well as headshots. - Editing and retouching of images for general and specific enhancements

Assisting the Casting Team with auditions. Ensuring a smooth flow of the auditions for both the casting team and those auditioning. Assisting contestants from check-in to holding, holding to the audition and then audition to interview.
