-Researching patented inventions and establishing their individuality and potential for television air. -Locating inventors of patented inventions based on their name and city.

-Booking picture cars and hiring PA's in various US cities. -Arranging car services for talent. -Office management responsibilities including arranging an office menu book, purchasing supplies, and maintaining a clean work area.

-Hiring crew, renting equipment, arranging talent travel, and creating call sheets for interview days.

-Organizing all permits and location agreements for shoots in Manhattan Beach. -Hiring and negotiating rates for all crew. -Renting and negotiating rate on all equipment. -Arranging travel for all crew and talent as well as hiring remote crew. -Creating call sheets, scheduleing, and organizing all shoot meals.

-Distributing, collecting, and correcting start and payroll paperwork. -Purchasing and renting expendables and equipment and creating PO's for those items. -Hiring and managing a team of productions assistants shoot days. -Working closely with the production manager to make sure the needs of all executives and talent were met.

-Building Avid editing bays. -Labeling and organizing media. -Organization of office equipment and episode boards.

-Maintaining Production Office with supplies and craft services -Assistant management and production team with computer and technical issues. -Helping create deliverables packages for corporate entities. -Organizing and assisting with show rehearsals.
