Organizing schedules for all post production staff members in order to meet many deadlines. Acting as a client/staff liaison, creating relationships with all working parts of network. Planning the editing schedule so that multiple editors, GFX artist/colorist, network heads, sound mixers etc could complete projects in an organized seamless manner. Building beginning/end credits for all episodes and confirming all titles and people involved. Tracking the status of each project and creating spreadsheets for individual staff as well as the whole office to keep lines of communication clear. Quality checking each project before air to catch major or acute mistakes. Ensuring the final product was stored and available in case of future request to access project.

Assisting post supervisor in maintaining schedules for each department, media management, final QC, and final archiving footage.
