Since September 2014, Youtube studios has been producing their own sets, either in junction with other studios such as our Halloween set with legendary pictures, or producing them purely on their own to allow young creatives access to various sets for creative filmmaking. My responsibilities as a shopper are to confer with the production designer about the aesthetic of our set and expectations for decorating, then shop out either through prop houses or various stores to fulfill said aesthetic, then physically help decorate once the set has been built.

An Assistant Art Director is responsible for supporting the vision of the Art Director. I personally have helped in breaking down scripts, renting, loading and driving props and set dressing to set, setting up and arranging sets, and as well as doing returns.

• Aided in general office managerial duties such as cleaning, stocking, etc. • Acted as a runner for the office, driving to different studios • Assisted different departments with various projects as needed. • Acted as a Production Assistant on Soapbox shoots.
