Worked as PM for start-up and wrap of "The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien". Scheduled 50+ NABET and IATSE crew. Purchased/rented technical equipment for studio and live location shoots. Created weekly cost reports and large remote budgets. Worked as liaison between show and Universal lot departmental representatives.

Served as key liaison between production company and NBC/U departments to ensure production company objectives were met. Supervised and scheduled 50+ technical and staging union represented employees for 250+ episodes a year. Participated in creation of b-t-l budgets and monitored costs weekly. Sought process improvements and cost savings.

Helped launch daily news entertainment show and was responsible for staffing studio and control room production positions. Booked all NABET and IATSE union personnel. Worked with NBC departments including Legal, Human Relations, Environmental Health and Safety, etc. Rejoined show in '08 (while also working on "Days of our Lives").

Worked with Producer to generate (82) :20 daily promos documenting the Torch run from L.A. to Atlanta. Downloaded daily satellite feeds and procured additional b-roll.
