-Managed SAG timecards on behalf of Talent -Ensured Talent trailers were stocked with requested Riders -Assist in Talent arrivals and departures -Controlled all outside run requests -Work with Stage Managers to prepare Talent for tapings

-Monitor shows with Director and Assistant Director during tapings -Keep track of contestant winnings -Play along with the shows to monitor game play -Direct and update Crew, Lighting, Audio, Chyron, Director, and Assistant Director during show over headset -Announce winners/losers at the end of each act -Read along with script while taping in order to track errors -Calculate and relay contestant wheel order -Watch monitors to track continuity and flag mistakes -Fill out production reports on contestant winnings

-Stage prizes for each episode in order to create staging sheets -Liaison between Prize Department, Director, Warehouse, and Crew -Distribute final staging sheets to all departments -Create original showcase ideas for Producers -Coordinate meetings with Stage Managers to review shows prior to tapings -Select photos and videos for air -Answer any staging questions before tapings -Decipher which props and display items to use -Work with Art Director to determine which videos and scenery are needed in relation to prizing -Pitch new and creative ways to showcase prizes

-Complete runs for Producers -Prepare and distribute programs -Escort guests to seats -Manage and organize paperwork -Assist Art Directors with venue set up

-Assist Heidi with breakdowns -Book touring talent throughout the United States -Provide support with all administrative and office duties -Read through scripts to select Talent to submit

I worked as an intern in the Prize department for The Price Is Right. I would conduct research for prizes, trips, hotels, etc. for shows, enter data into PilotWare, assist contestants with fulfillment paperwork, and create contestant paperwork before shows.
