Rachelle Goetz is the ultimate professional. She is dependable, skilled, driven, creative, punctual, kind, fair, charming, and an absolute joy to work with.
I had the privilege of directly reporting to Rachelle at two media companies. Even when de ...MORE... adlines got rushed and things were needed from her in all directions, she always kept smiling and made me feel like we were accomplishing big things. She leads by example and inspires her employees and team members in the process. I’ve watched her repeatedly have great judgment and solve problems before they happen. Rachelle is passionately goal driven, and sticks to projects and assignments until they are completed in the best way possible. I am impressed with her commitment to excellence. I have seen her be the rock for the company. The CCO and SVP would both reach out to Rachelle for her advice, which she happily supplied. Rachelle always gave specific helpful solutions to problems pertaining to project management, creative and technology. Our work was rarely, if ever, sent back for changes because Rachelle got it right the first time. I sincerely miss working with her, and have enjoyed this opportunity to reflect back on my favorite manager ever.
