Permitted locations, oversaw production Assistants, created call sheets, production reports, and booked crew. Created PO’s, check requests and wire transfers. Went into the field on larger shoots. Was a liaison between Executive Producers and Production.

Took over start paperwork, timecards, and payroll in the interim between DGA Production Managers. Oversaw locations and Production Assistants. Worked with Covid Compliance officer on a testing calendar for crew and cast and made sure they upheld DGA standards. Handled petty cash and P-Card accounting.

Commercial shoot. Worked with local high schools to permit locations, budgeted, scheduled, hired crew, Credit Card and Petty Cash reconciliation. Worked in unison with producer as a liaison between client that is out of state and production company.

Broke down each episode, prepared the budget, created contracts, hired crew and negotiated rates, secured and permitted locations.
