As a recreation PA I would handle casting, set dressing, location scouting, props organization, and actor paperwork. I also had to take production stills for the network and get orders for the cast and crew as well as pick it up and make sure everyone got what they wanted for lunch.

Crafty runs, driving, helping crew pack in and out, taking production stills, taking food orders and picking up orders

My job responsibilities included: taking continuity photos throughout the day, setting up video village, taking detailed notes of what happened in the scene, and at the end of the day send hotsheets to the studio.

As media manager, I would back up all the files from the day's shooting and make sure that they were backed up in the appropriate places as well as labeled correctly to be sent out that day.

Made sure crafty was set up, transcribed, bought good and drink, help dress the set, made sure stars and crew were taken care of, drove people to next locations

As a runner at ESPN, I had to set up craft service table, feed cast and crew, refill craft service table, drive people places, and go shopping for things when needed.
