As Stage Manager I was responsible for generating a rehearsal schedule, tracking cast/crew conflicts, maintaining a safe working environment, making sure that rehearsals ran according to schedule, enforcing deadlines (such as being on book), preparing the performance/rehearsal space before "go-time", generating design run and technical schedules.
