Media Management Responsibilities

Backup all 8k Red Helium Footage using ShotPut Pro. Log footage in Post Production google doc, and show playback for DP on site if requested.

Build Arri Alexa Mini, and setup with interrotron eye direct. Assist with interview lighting for green screen.

Set up and breakdown of jib for motorcade travel between Capitol and Church Service

Build and maintain 2 Sony Fs7 cameras and accessories. Assist with lighting setup for interviews.

Back up media coverage using Shotput Pro for highlights of event.

Manage 2k footage for roughly 20 cameras using ShotPut Pro.

Back up, organize, and quality check all media from Sony cameras (Fs7, F5, a7s), Drone footage, and Audio. Use of Excel template to summarize footage notes to assist Post with daily footage. Use of ShotPutPro to verify footage drop to two consecutive hard drives. Backed up XQD, SD, Micro SD, and CF footage.

Media Management Responsibilities

Travel around the country to follow political figures and back up all Camera Footage (F5, Fs7, a7sii, etc). Fill out appropriate google docs for Post Production Organization. Be a liaison between field team and post.

Assist Camera Dept with G&E setup for interviews and B-Roll.

In charge of the look and feel of multiple PSA advertisements for the brand. So far we have done two pieces. I oversee the camera & lighting departments as well as communication with director, producers, and post production until completion of project.

Load in/out gear, multiple interview setups, green screen setup, assist with lighting, other misc G&E responsibilities.

In charge of lighting setup, camera setup and all aspects of the interviews for the 1st season of this web series.

B Camera Operator for Kennedy Center debut of Diavolo. Also, one of the BTS cameras for the documentary of the dance group

AC for episode 304. 2 camera setup. Responsible for both cam ops, correct tech specs, all camera gear, charging bricks, maintaining camera and lenses, and other AC duties.

General PA responsibilities.

Occasional Freelance Grip for clients of Freedom Digital Media based in Baltimore, MD. Most projects include interview lighting, green screen, on site outdoor commercial lighting, etc.

Away team side, on the field Camera Utility.

2nd Camera on Interviews and B-Roll days for episode 201. Performed AC responsibilities as well.

Grip & Lighting Department

Assist Camera Operators when needed. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) charging bricks, maintaining camera, assist with lighting, backing up media, configuring Helix gimbal unit, assist with back tracking, and other AC duties.

Back up all footage for the day using ShotPutPro 6 / manage hard drive space and shot cards / upload footage to server / update google docs / keep in constant communication with post production team in NY.

Back up all interview footage from C500, Lumix, and Oddessey cards/drives.

General PA responsibilities.

Follow Focus on a Sony FS7 with Cine Lenses.

General PA responsibilities.

Build camera, assist with lighting setup, and backing up footage.

Pick up shoots. Build and maintain Camera, set up GoPros when needed, assist with lighting setup for interviews and scene work. Setup video village and other misc camera dept responsibilities.

Back up all footage shot daily using ShotPut Pro for C300s. Create Camera and Media Logs to assist Post with workflow. Use Google Doc templates to keep up to date footage information for easy access if needed. Occasional AC work when needed.

Load in/load out gear, assist with dolly setup, lighting set up, and occasional 2nd AC in Camera Dept.

Work with DP on B-Roll Days in the Washington DC area. Drive around to locations, assist with lenses, building camera, shot setup for b-roll.

Setup studio lights and camera for music video..

"C" Camera Operatior

Camera Department responsibilities which include, maintaining camera, setting up video village, charging bricks, swapping/cleaning lenses, slate scenes, stay in constant communication with Script Supervisor and Audio, backtracking operator, maintain camera logs, keeping inventory of camera equipment, assisting DP and 1st AC in all areas.

Assist Camera Department load and unload gear, set up gear room, camera prep/maintenance (lens cleaning, brick charging and changing, etc), drone assistance, build video village, and help with extensive lighting set ups.

Work with DP in camera department, assist with lighting set up, other AC duties.

Assist with gear load in/out everyday. Assist Camera Department with changing lens' and batteries on the C-300. Assist G&E Department with setting up green screen, assembling dolly, and setting up lights for interviews. Drive crew to locations in a 15-pass van. Make runs when necessary; other PA duties.

Assist with gear load out in the morning. Drive crew and gear to various locations and help whenever needed.

Assist Camera Operator when needed. Some responsibilities include changing lens, charging bricks, assist with time lapse set up, and otf interviews.

Cinematographer on films, documentaries, commercials, events, and weddings - Editor of video in a timely manner according to clients needs and wants - Communicate with clients and teammates, attend creative briefs, and produce a clear timeline for production work

Maintain camera during production. Consists of, but not limited to, refreshing bricks, tapes, lens cleaning, back focus and changing menu settings. Kept inventory of gear daily, and logging tapes at the end of the night to send to post. Occasionally shot b-roll and reality on faster paced production days.

Standby with tripod or monopod when needed, Set up interview lights, audio mics, as well as other camera department duties.

Lock down set, direct crew to set parking, fire watch during lunch, as well as general PA duties.
