Camera and Field Production Assistant. Monitor radios, assist with all aspects of set including camera & gear runs, assisting the art department and all other production departments, talent extra management, set vehicle, ATV, and transportation management, production office purchases and receipt tracking, monitor, maintain, and manage on site staff, cast & crew water, & craft services, assist Director, 1st & 2nd Assistant Director, DP, and all Crew with any & all aspects of production, report to the Production Manager and production management offices, setup and breakdown set daily, Studio Shop & Icehouse upkeep, track, mountain, and charge batteries, radios, and equipment, as well as anything else, needed to assist the overall production.

Pre to Post Production including all aspects of equipment management (Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6k EF) to capture and create an instructional video for the client’s (Buster Woodham of Jet Ski Rental Dallas LLC) customers to safely operate.

Assist DP with shot list collaboration, camera prep (Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6k EF), lens (Rokinon 16-85mm CineDS), data & media swaps, shot setup & configuration.

Contracted to capture pickup shots on all shot list scenes the original Director of Photography failed to capture as well as collaborating with Director Hilton Moore on post production editing his short film and cinematic trailer.

Assist DP (Patrick Dean/Heads Up Productions) with shot list collaboration, camera prep (Canon EOS 5D Mark IV 4K DSLR), lens (Rokinon 16-85mm CineDS), data & media swaps, shot setup & configuration including specialized equipment (Dana Dolly w/Hi Hat & 100mm Adaptor) for Client’s Cliff & Magdalena Shoemake of H.E.L.P. Hire LLC.

Single Day Rate contract to fill in for the DP. Capture slated scenes per shot list, manage and block talent, gaffing, and collaborate with Director Mike Scarlett (Canon EOS Rebel T6i EF).

Assist DP (Patrick Dean/Heads Up Productions) with shot list collaboration, camera prep (Blackmagic Production Camera 4k EF), lens (Rokinon 16-85mm CineDS), data & media swaps, shot setup & configuration including specialized equipment (DJI Ronin, DJI Phantom 4) for our Client The Joule Hotel Dallas/SheCon RewardStyle.

Three Months of Pre Production Planning including auditions, casting, master contacts, obtaining permits, creating shot lists, story boards, call sheets, and carefully reviewing & approving each shot captured by the DP (Patrick Dean/Sony CinAlta PMW-F55). Direction & Management over 90+ personnel including 21 actors, 12 crew, 50 extras, on a Single Day/14.5hr Permit approved by The Department of Aviation, FAA, City of Dallas & Dallas Love Field on multiple airport locations while not disrupting daily airport visitors coordinating with Love Field PD, Permit Coordinator Heather Estrada, and C.F. of Parking Centers of America.
