Capturing clips of the event, fight choreography and lectures.

Weatherproofing equipment, organizing and coordinating shoot, transport and assemblage

All facets: overseeing smooth operation of screening venue, organize ushers and ticket takers, keep areas clean, set up and breakdown of lighting for photo ops for premiers, run errands, provide info, basic computer skills, distribute information and host filmmakers and selected actors and actresses

Construct set, assist crew, messaging and administrative work, cleaning picture cars

- Create, manage, & maintain production schedule with tight timeframe - Manage sets - Plan logistics for crew movement out in the field - Find and hire local crew - Make travel and hotel arrangements for talent and crew - Manage Field Crew and Production Assistants - Work with Field Producers/Senior Producer to allow creativity within the budget parameters
