I helped the crew with necessary tasks before, during and after the shoots including both set up and take down. Other tasks involved things like making supply/crafty runs to helping out whomever needed something done behind the camera when the shoots were getting ready and taking place.

As well as undertaking normal Production Assistant duties like helping out the rest of the crew and making runs, I also screened calls for the executive producer as well as some other office-related duties.

Assisted with setup, takedown, and operation of audio and video equipment in VMG’s studio. I also assisted with researching and contacting talent for casting.

Researched and tracked down talent information for Producer, researched and scheduled catering options for cast and crew, prepped cast and crew paperwork such as release forms, nondisclosure forms, etc, and in general maintained the well being of cast and crew at shoot locations.

Assisted with the setup, takedown, and operation of audio and video equipment at the shoot as well as being placed in charge of feeding and otherwise caring for the cast and crew on set.

Assisted with the setup, takedown, and operation of audio and video equipment on and off set. I assisted the cameraman when needed and helped set up lighting in the various locations of the Northwest Kidney Center hospital shoot locations.

Directed the student-run news comedy “The Update”, in charge of pre-production, directing cast and crew in the production of the show and video editing in post-production.
