I was the Art Department PA for this shoot. My duties involved shopping for props, setting the scene with the direction of the head of the department, moving props safely to different locations, and keeping a record of petty cash.

Art Departments PA: sourced props to buy and rent, going to businesses and handling prop pick-ups, rentals and returns. Also painting, designing, and placing set dressings. Production Assistant: fulfilled such duties as placing all food orders, making all runs, safely moving equipment, setting up crafty, and handling all petty cash.

Assisted art department in positioning props and getting them ready for return after the shoot.

Started as an extra for the show and moved to an intern position after the first week. As an intern I created the call sheet daily and worked directly under the 2nd AD. As a PA my office work continued as well as work on set directing extras.
