Assisted EVP, Production at WBTV who oversees all WB shows and pilots. In this role I helped track project budgets and schedules, and help problem-solve production issues as they arose. Was also incharge of multiple projects such as screening all timecards and taking corrective measures to minimize meal penalties.

- Conducted research for potential overall deals - Conducted research of brands and brand ownership in different regions around the world - Took notes during meetings an conference calls - Heavy scheduling for two executives, often involving several timezones - Coordinating travel and preparing expense reports for executives.

- Read scripts of films in production/pre-production and evaluated for potential clearance issues - Conducted research to find rights holders for specific artwork, logos, brand names - Contacted rights holders and obtained permission letters for usage of images or references

- Budgeting, logistics, and expenses for large-scale photoshoots - Office Administration for department and Lab - Created artwork for press badges - Assisted in coordinating red-carpet events

Team tested and troubleshot over 4,000 screens worldwide to insure HFR (High Frame Rate) Capability. Responsibilities: - Track progress, and send out reports every hour. - Verify legitimacy of, and sometimes determine source of incoming results and assign to a reviewer - Administrative duties such as scheduling, travel, expense reports, etc.

- Locked down set, loaded and unloaded production truck - Picked up and dropped off trucks and equipment - Drove production truck, passenger van, and cargo van

- Coordinated lab appointments with vendors, filmmakers, and press. - Coordinated watermarking and delivery of selected images to various parties. - Assembled press kits for junkets and vendors - Assisted photo editors with various tasks. - Responsible for maintaining organization and upkeep of photo lab.
