Agency producer on broadcast campaigns for Samsung, Venmo, and Harry’s.

Worked as in-house agency producer for direct to client work and researcher on several other projects. Clients included Google, Sonos, Pepsi, 7UP, and GE. Projects ranged from online branded content pieces to an immersive CG VR experience developed for the Oculus Rift to a series of global TV commercials for 7UP to celebrity research and director prep for Sonos’ 2016 Grammy Award campaign.

Managed an ongoing series of projects for GE and IBM, acting as lead creative producer on branded content creation for online distribution, as well as web site design and development, media and distribution planning, and brand strategy. Responsible for guiding each project from concept through completion, working with a creative team to refine ideas, solidify scope and draft a Statement of Work, and then execute the project as planned. Strived to maintain creative vision and integrity while also adhering to given timing and budgetary constraints.

Worked directly with executive producer to manage new business projects and supervise in-house talent at digital agency and production company. Provided research and administrative assistance to both creative and production teams.

Researched and wrote fundraising grants at boutique production company. Worked with head executive to conceptualize documentary television series and review historic events for potential adaptation and written treatment.

Managed vendor relations, purchasing, and various day-to-day tasks as part of art department on major network production, reporting directly to department coordinator. Evaluated potential set motifs and assembled displays for design team presentations.

Acted as in-house copy editor, proofreading and enhancing written treatments before pitches were sent to clients. Helped schedule freelance designer bookings and studio holds, processed invoices and purchase orders.
