While supporting the Concessions Administrator for the festival I worked tirelessly to become an integral part of the Concessions Department. This included a wide variety of tasks, such as: • Ensured that all fourteen of the merchandise booths remained up and running. • Excelled in a fast-paced environment as I was the first point of contact when issues arose. • Consistently and accurately developed and updated any Google Docs/Spreadsheets relating to concessions. • Instructed and trained booth managers and staff on POS systems • When my main tasks were complete, I would work with other departments to facilitate the erection of booths, securing credentials, communications, storage units, office trailers, signage and other items as needed.
