Assisting staff producers, coordinating/scheduling shoots and auditions; maintaining footage database, booking talent, arranging travel accommodations, assist in edits, and managing freelance office assistants. Reporter/writer for online news stories, articles, scripts and short web promos. Occasional web design, photography, online technical assistance, camera,and grip.

The Promo was shot in the middle of Times Square and my responsibility was keeping the crowds back and assisting in blocking background talent.

Set PA and Grip. Assisted Grip and Electric with crane set up and other gear. Shot at the Iwo Jima Memorial and assisted crew and Director with setups and breakdown, working around constant lighting changes. Drove talent to and from airport

assisted DP and AC lighting sets, working alongside Gaffer setting Lights and managing other grips setting up Dolley and tracks, jib, and generator.

Assisted Director in blocking background talent, notating script, coordinating talent with wardrobe and makeup, coordinating PA's to assist with different departments, and helping grip and electric department when needed.

Worked alongside Camera crew following The DC Fire Department as they responded to actual emergency calls for three weeks. Assisted with gear, setting up lights, managing crowds, coordinating camera crew with emergency crew, driving 15 passenger van and making recommendations on local businesses, traffic patterns and hotel accommodations to out-of-town crew.

Six part webisode series. Attended client meetings with Producer, assisted with Casting Selects and casting call, responsible for booking and scheduling talent and crew, releases, creating call sheets, creating production schedules, assisting Producer with script edits, assisting crew in the field and producer in post.

Research Asst./PA to EP for multiple stories on Teen Health issues - suicide, obesity, gambling. Researched/wrote short script outlines/leads for Host. Arranged clearances at governmental facilities for crew/talent; created call sheets, accommodations for LA Host, Shot production stills, Delivered gear, assisted crew/talent, and handled releases.

Field PA to Crew and Producer. Drove people to and from airport, ran errands for producer, assisted crew setting up dolley and tracks and other grip jobs. Handled anything requested by crew, including buying incidentals, coffee, sitting in for setting lights, unpacking and packing gear, wrangling crowds for exterior shots.

Assisted show producer in keeping to the production schedule. Entailed scheduling network executives for camera interviews, setting up equipment on set, overseeing Voice over recordings, working with editors for script edits and roughcuts, and anything else requested by producer.
