Coordinating travel for the hosts, Gear rentals, Crew bookings, Location agreements, and scouting. running set on the day and wrapping all production paperwork.

Coordinating the crew during several company moves per day, running set and base camp, paperwork and general production coordinator duties.

Coordinating with the crew to make sure that the crew is able to run the film. Keeping track of all production vehicles and maintanance grid for repairs of 40+ production ATV and making sure that competition truck had the needed parts to continue. running set and assisting in the set up of the several acre base camp/ set and course

keeping track of the schedule, making sure that talent arrives onto set and has seen HMU before arriving on set. noting the times that the crew leaves for the day.

Driving production vehicles as well as organizing lunches for production crew. gear load in and load out, tending to general set production needs.

Assisiting the AD depatment in making sure talent and extras were on time and had been through HMU before going to set.

Making sure that production was up and running on a daily bases, coordnating day to day issues.

General duties included but were not limited to: assisting with gear pickups, loading, purchase orders, petty cash reconciliation forms, general forms for office work, ordering gear remotly, assisting on set.

Food order and pickup, transportation, set production assistant work, grip assistant, craft services.

Craft services, transportation of production vehicles, organizing and picking up lunches, day to day production needs.

organizing vehicle parking, crew lunch locations, crew restroom needs and anything regarding locations on set.
