Typical executive assistant duties including scheduling, rolling calls, managing calendars, booking travel, expenses, office managing, light video editing, etc. Exec assistant to 3 VP's.

Coordinate multiple ongoing projects, set up travel and hotel details, book locations, equipment, and production crew. Help in every day office needs, organization, calendar updates, and assisting other teams. Manage expense reports and time cards/start paperwork.

Responsible for office duties during the shoot including (but not limited to) managing paperwork for all crew, going on runs, filling out PC's and PO's, and overseeing the safety of the crew as there was a panther on set.

Office PA - Lead runner and helped with all things related to the office - scouts, paperwork, wrapping, etc.

Set PA - Playback, lock-ups, runner.

Helped with lock-ups, keeping eyes on major actors, helped in the production office, directed backgrounds, and other fairly typical PA duties.

Helped plan and execute more than 300 large-scale events and got the proper information to the teams that were to arrive on-site for our events. Oversaw teams of staff members on-site ensuring the message and execution were on brand. Also drove our vans to events and participated in live performances.

Helped with smaller details on shoot days. This included making runs and making sure everyone was warm on the days we were shooting in negative degrees. I also handled crafty.

**Emmy winning show** Involved in episode planning, filming, and editing. In addition to scheduling, conducting research, composing transcriptions, and mixing sound. Taught Final Cut Pro and Premiere in college level courses. Also, wrote, edited, and was art director for our book, Big Questions: Find Your Voice.

Helped plan and execute shoot days. Helped with promotions, bookings, ADR studio time, and BTS shoots.
