• Purchase, document, and organize props and supplies. • Coordinate and manage PA team for wrap out and returns. • Scan, label, and log receipts. • Communicate with DP, Director, and Producers on locations to make necessary adjustments and purchases. • Creatively problem solve to support Art Director. • Assist with set dec and resets during shooting.

• Support Production Manager and Production Coordinators with receipt coding. • Contact and interface with talent and/or locations as needed to support producers. • Initiate contact for potential segments. • Research and help plan for production travel and meals. • Build and populate organized grids to track research, meals, walkies, etc. • Oversee and manage individual meal ordering and pickups. • Assist with receipt reconciliation utilizing CASHét. • Work with producers and production team to assist in scheduling and planning for company moves, meals, runs, purchases, and other logistics. • Guide talent and participants through releases and COVID paperwork. • Coordinate with Clearance to manage releases and production paperwork as needed. • Track walkie assignments and maintain supply of hot bricks for crew and day players. • Maintain traveling crafty kits and production supplies day-to-day. • Transport crew and gear locally and abroad. • Plan and execute returns and pick-ups locally and abroad in coordination with Production Coordinators, PM, and PAs.

• Transport producers to location for scouting, pickup producers and crew from LAX. • Assist Art Dep. with OTF setups and detailing locations. • Maintain hygienic/COVID-safe vehicles. • Load in and out production equipment for 100+ person crew on locations.

• Assist with wrap-out by packing and moving props and furniture. • Deliver returns to Los Angeles rental houses in cube truck or mini van. • File, code, and deliver receipts and envelopes. • Communicate and coordinate with locations to ensure timely and efficient wrap out and returns.

• Oversee pickups and returns of rented equipment for production. • Manage and coordinate lunch and crafty for cast and crew. • Coordinate shuttle schedule and logistics of cast and crew parking. • Evaluate operational needs to strategically increase productivity and efficiency. • Attend to impromptu requests of production team, cast, and crew. • Assist in wrap out process, and maintain constant communication and availability.

Support art department in cleanup, setup, and set dressing between takes. • Purchase supplies for shoot days and provide receipts for Producers. • Maintain availability to all departments on set in preparation to assist in any area. • Readily assist in cleaning and organizing studio during and after filming.

Assist with youth talent and families. • Oversee and manage meal and crafty logistics, orders, and purchases. • Maintain receipts, assist with Production Orders, and manage returns. • Help with decoration including prop placement and continuity monitoring. • Support production team throughout shooting.

• Monitor cast and crew arrival to set. • Act as point person for off-site vendors. • Load and unload production equipment from van. • Drive cast and crew to and from set. • Maintain availability to production team for errands and miscellaneous needs.

• Create innovative prop designs. • Purchase necessary materials and maintain records of expenses. • Provide input on production design and utilization of building materials. • Deliver set and prop pieces to set and monitor continuity during filming.

• Manage styling cast and creating strong character looks. • Lock down set during filming. • Provide assistance and run errands for production team. • Monitor youth talent and provide acting coaching during production.

• Effectively manage all housing assignments and issues for up to 170 staff and children in coordination with campus facilities, families, and management team. • Design proactive training, team building exercises, and staff assignments to ensure a positive, efficient work environment. • Solve crises and high-stress situations with effective leadership and de-escalation. • Establish safety protocols and implement creative programming. • Provide constant support to staff and campers, lead meetings, and delegate effectively. • Secure and maintain crucial documents and records containing sensitive information. • Educate team on walkie-talkie etiquette and American Camp Association regulations. • Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and campers to maintain established trust. • Adapt to and plan for contingencies and readily utilize creative problem-solving.

• Attend production meetings and keep records of shot lists, schedules, and logs. • Transport cast to and from set and serve as a liaison between locations. • Support lead actor as script supervisor and assistant. • Provide input and assistance during casting and pre-production. • Aid in set dressing and provide support to art department during filming.

• Design special effects, including bonfire and minor pyrotechnics. • Assist art department with set decoration, preparation, and prop building. • Communicate over walkie-talkie to rotating film crews in a remote area.

• Shuttle cast to and from location. • Attend meetings and maintain working knowledge of production schedule. • Serve as liaison between department heads. • Assist art department production design and execution of daily tasks.
