The goal for Variant Cover was to create a low budget short film with a high production value that met professional industry standards. I was responsible for pitching the script, budgeting, running production meetings, securing locations, renting equipment, securing location and rental certificates of insurance, holding casting sessions, coordinating crew/actor schedules, coordinating craft/catering services, hosting reviews of dailies, and ensuring timely delivery.
