Managers on show days while maintaining a calm demeanor in high-stress situations. - Handle all cash by maintaining detailed cash reconciliations and adhering to department budget. - Participate in staff meetings with venue leadership and support the Prod. Managers in preparations for upcoming shows.

- Worked with stage managers to successfully carry out over 400 free performances and activities during a two week "festival" celebrating the opening of The REACH.

- Coordinated the crafty service, assisted with equipment set up/breakdown, and acted as script supervisor for a small production.

- Assisted with events such as the "We the People" Forum for 2020 Presidential Candidates, The Washington Ballet's Nutcracker, Chelsea Handler, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Conan O'Brien, World of Dance, "Redemption of a Dogg", Jay Rock, and many more. - Served as liaison between visiting tours/groups and the venue to ensure a wide variety of events ran smoothly. - Oversaw and managed all dressing room hospitality including upkeep and cleanliness. - Supported the Production Manager in preparing for upcoming events while handling large amounts of cash and reconciling expenses.

- Worked with Facebook's Creative Shop and the North of Now production team for Facebook's "Stop Opioid Silence (SOS)" Campaign, which featured emotional stories of loss and recovery from 12 opioid addicts around the country, along with the testimonies of 25 U.S. Senators from crisis states, as a national call-to-action for policy reform. - Greeted over twenty Senators and coordinated the use of the slate board with the director and the sound mixer.
